We are huge fans of Swedish Princess cake... cake with marzipan green icing, raspberries, custard and cream can't be wrong at all, can it? It's so girly and, well, princessy!
I was thinking I'd try my hand at making one for the Oobis in the office (especially since I've been feasting on scones and cupcakes and everyone else's offerings and I never bake). Then I checked out the recipe and... oh gosh. What a job!
